According to DBJ, Oakwood Homes is now the master developer of Reunion, the 2,500-acre community development in Commerce City.
The development is owned by Denver’s L.C. Fulenwider Inc. and includes 900 acres of mixed-use and commercial development, as well as 152 acres of parks and a golf course.
