OLC (Ohlson Lavoie Corporation), an award-winning architecture, interior design, and aquatic design firm headquartered in Denver, has announced the grand opening of its newest office in West Palm Beach, Florida. CEO Robert McDonald will transition to the new location to spearhead this exciting expansion, reinforcing OLC’s commitment to the Southeast region.
The South Florida office marks a significant milestone for OLC, enhancing the firm’s ability to deliver tailored, hands-on service to clients across Florida and nearby markets. This expansion allows OLC to deepen its presence in the area and to bring its award-winning design expertise closer to local communities and clients.
“We are excited to officially open the South Florida office, and are excited that Bob will be collaborating closely with the Orlando office to lead this new chapter for OLC,” said CFO Sam Elsheikh. “Having Bob in the region will allow us to expand our presence in South Florida and provide even greater support and innovation to our clients throughout Florida.”
With over 30 years of experience, Mr. McDonald looks forward to cultivating new opportunities and partnerships throughout the Southeast.

OLC has offices in South Florida, Central Florida, Denver, Tokyo, and Cairo. The firm provides architecture, interior design, and aquatic design services for municipal facilities, community and recreation centers, athletic, fitness and wellness facilities, including athletic/sports clubs, commercial fitness centers, medically-based wellness centers, spas, hotels and resorts, and a broad range of aquatic projects. Current and recently completed projects include the Bronc Achievement Center in Jackson, WY, the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort renovations in Glenwood Springs, CO, the Arvada Aquatics Center in Arvada, CO, the Burns Road Community Center in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, the Aqua Crest Pool in Delray Beach, FL, and the Lake Nona Performance Club in Orlando, FL.
The Denver location will continue to be the global headquarters of OLC, managed now by Senior Principal Brian Beckler. Along with Mr. Beckler, Senior Principals Doni Visani and Dan Potter will continue to serve our clients in the Western region. OLC has been providing outstanding design services to clients across the country from our Denver hub for over 63 years, and that tradition of excellence will continue under the experienced leadership of this dynamic trio.
The new office is located at 2054 Vista Parkway, Suite 400 in West Palm Beach, FL. Mr. McDonald and the extended Florida team are available for in-person consultations to explore potential projects and collaborations.
