OLC (Ohlson Lavoie Corporation), an international architecture, interior design and aquatics design firm, has moved its Denver office to 2000 Lawrence Street in LoDo.

OLC’s talented architects, designers and aquatics professionals are currently occupying the new space. OLC has designed fitness, recreation, and wellness projects worldwide and maintains additional locations in Orlando, Tokyo and Cairo. Locally, OLC is currently working on the new Frisco Adventure Center, Grand Junction Orchard Mesa Pool, Arvada George J Meyers Pool Complex and the Aurora Highlands Aerotropolis Aquatic Center.

Senior Principal Donald Visani commented, “We’re excited to be downtown Denver once more, and part of the diverse social fabric of LoDo. Stepping into our office feels like coming home. OLC has a history of hanging our shingle inside historic buildings of brick, wood, and steel. In this second story space — with reminders of past users, construction quirks, and lots of daylight through the operable windows — it feels like just right place to continue to foster our creativity and productivity.”
