We are building a brokerage team of lawyers who are applying their legal background to the field of commercial real estate brokerage. Founded in 2012 by a team with 60 years of commercial real estate experience, REC represents organizations like tech companies, private equity firms, family offices and real estate developers for their acquisitions of office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hotel and land properties throughout the United States. REC’s acquisitions-only approach eliminates conflicts of interest inherent in full-service firms, which has resulted in exceptional client loyalty to the business model. REC is a remote company that equips you with a home office, however, the company also maintains a coworking membership in LoDo for in-person meetings. A J.D. and a Colorado real estate broker's license are required to join the company (but you do not need to have your broker's license to apply).
