DENVER – OZ Architecture, which has one of the nation’s foremost resort and hospitality design practices, is growing once again with three new team members. Robert Fitzgerald, Chip Melick, and Greg Lemon, three of the industry’s most well-known talent in resort design, client service and project execution, will bring their decades of expertise in flagship projects at ski resorts, golf-resorts, casinos, hotels, multi-family residences and restaurants to the award-winning architecture firm.
Melick ran his own firm for the past 22 years and brings a deep knowledge of the practice of architecture, client service, staff mentorship and leadership to the team. Fitzgerald is an extremely respected and talented senior designer with unparalleled experience in successful design for resorts. Lemon brings over 20 years of executing projects in the resort industry and can ensure the high standard of documentation OZ provides is met.
OZ has established itself as one of the nation’s foremost experts in resort design with high-profile resort projects across the country including several national parks, the nation’s largest ski area, Park City Ski Resort and The Canyons Village, the desert golf-resort Furnace Creek in Death Valley, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort in Florida, as well as master planning and design projects across Colorado mountain towns including Steamboat, Snowmass, Aspen and Vail.
