PCL Construction Celebrates Topping Off of the South East Light Rail Extension

DENVER – PCL Construction Services, Inc. recently celebrated the topping off of the South East Light Rail Expansion (SERE) project at Ridgegate parking garage. This new parking garage will serve as the most southern stop for the RTD light rail. The event included a pie eating contest with members of the construction team and subs taking part.

Located off I-25 and Ridgegate in Lone Tree CO, the parking garage is a 4 level cast-in-place and totals 360,000 SF to include 1300 stalls. The exterior elements include stone, precast panels, and prefinished metal panels.
