DENVER – PCL Construction Services, Inc. will today celebrate the groundbreaking of Denver Parks and Recreation’s Re-Imagine Play at Paco Sanchez Park. Re-Imagine Play is an innovative concept that goes beyond the traditional playground. It is intended to be a multi-generational activity and play area that gives park users of all ages the opportunity to remain active and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Denver Mayor Michael Hancock will be in attendance.
The city describes it as a “revolutionary” plan that will bring “adventurous play” and “active recreation” to northwestern Denver.
Dig Studio, a Denver-based Landscape Architecture, Planning, and Urban Design firm. designed the playground.
