Pindustry will open its second location in 2027 at HiFi—FlatIron Crossing’s mixed-use outdoor community hub that blends residential living, unique shopping, dining and entertainment, currently under construction in Broomfield.
Pindustry, HiFi’s first eatertainment anchor, will be a 34,000-square-foot entertainment venue, restaurant and bar, offering live music every Friday and Saturday night inside the venue, as well as a large outdoor event space for live music seasonally. Pindustry also will offer a massive rooftop patio, the SkyDeck, featuring room for 500 guests to enjoy the expansive open-air views of the Flatirons. The total capacity for Pindustry at HiFi is 1,200 guests, with countless offerings that are ideal for large events and celebrations.
“HiFi is coming to life as Broomfield’s neighborhood hub for all things fun at our thriving retail destination, and Pindustry will expand the menu of excitement and discovery here,” said Jacob Knudsen, vice president of development, Macerich, which owns and operates FlatIron Crossing. “Pindustry offers experiences our guests and future HiFi residents are looking for, with games and activities for the whole family and an incredible atmosphere for adults to relax and play at night. It’s also a fantastic complement to AMC Theatres, which has been a popular destination for people in the trade area since FlatIron Crossing first opened and will continue to anchor the mixed-use project to the south.”
“We researched and visited the most popular entertainment and bartainment concepts around the country to put together a diverse mix of activities at Pindustry before opening our flagship venue in June 2021 in Greenwood Village, Colorado,“ said Bob Koontz, partner at Kelmore Development, a Centennial-based firm with 40 years of commercial development experience in Colorado. “We’ve been having such a great time since the first launch in South Metro, that we decided to open one in Northwest Metro! Our motto is to have fun, love each other and be human.”
HiFi at FlatIron Crossing
In August, Macerich announced HiFi, the re-envisioned, 25-acre mixed-use outdoor community hub with shopping, dining, entertainment and living adjacent to the premier shopping destination, FlatIron Crossing. At its heart, HiFi features lush green spaces for all types of events and activations, from concerts and group fitness classes to farmers markets and festivals, infused with the spirit of shared connections and adventure. Designed for convenient, stylish living and enjoying life with unmatched walkability, HiFi broke ground in the summer of 2024.
More About Pindustry
The bowling offerings at Pindustry will include duckpin bowling – which utilizes smaller balls with no holes and smaller, lighter pins on a shorter lane, no bowling shoes necessary as well as traditional ten-pin bowling. A vintage-inspired arcade will include pinball machines, classic arcade games, and skeeball. Another area has been designated for cornhole, interactive darts, billiards, 8-person foosball, and ping pong.
Christine Gill, executive director of Pindustry, said, “Pindustry’s unique combination of fun activities, scenic vistas, and various food and beverage menus offers guests of all ages something to enjoy. This winning recipe attracts friends, families and businesses to gather for a daily break, weekly night out or special event.”
Pindustry opened its flagship location in June 2021 in Greenwood Village offering 54,000 square feet of space for its premier eatertainment venue. Given its popularity and success over the last few years, Bob Koontz, owner and visionary of Pindustry, made the decision to expand into the north metro area at HiFi at FlatIron Crossing.
