Lafayette, CO — Pinkard Construction Company is finishing foundations and site utilities for Building One at Landmark Memory Care in Lafayette, with framing set to commence in early June.
Building One of the proposed three-building campus will be 9,395 SF and 18 memory care units in a single-story, wood-framed building. It will contain a commercial kitchen, dining room, common areas and lobby.
Heating and cooling will be accomplished using individual packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) units. The exterior is Manf stone veneer and stucco. The 2.73-acre site will require extensive infrastructure operations to build a road, roundabout and utilities.
Pinkard’s value engineering efforts included mechanical system life cycle analysis for a $350,000 savings for owner Hanson Health Holdings, LLC.
Architecture and construction administration is being provided by Clear Creek Architects.
