Partners Michael Reif and Dashiell Harrison announced this week the expansion of their popular neighborhood delicatessen brand, Curtis Park Deli, to Boulder. This will be the company’s third location and its first outside of Denver. The new store will be located in the heart of downtown Boulder at 3000 Pearl Parkway, Suite 1300, Boulder, 80301.
“As a CU alum, I’ve been trying to bring the brand to Boulder for some time,” says founding partner Michael Reif, “The Boulder community is a great fit for how we like to run our business—focusing on high quality, hyper local ingredients, and over the top customer service.”
Continues partner Dashiell Harrison, “We had been looking for our third location for a while and when this particular space popped up in Boulder it was kind of a no brainer for us—it’s right next to the Google campus, in an area that is being developed with more office buildings and apartments.”
Curtis Park Deli strives to deliver community-driven food, featuring as many local and domestic artisanal products as possible, and takes care to use minimal packaging and paper products.
Curtis Park Deli serves fresh sandwiches which are stacked and wrapped daily, on just-baked ciabatta with clean meats and crisp, seasonal veggies. Bread is delivered every morning to guarantee the freshness demanded by every sandwich; and condiments are made daily, which means no preservatives and never from a can; they also make homemade pickles and slice every sandwich to order.
Curtis Park Deli Boulder will open Spring 2022 for lunch and catering Monday through Saturday.
