Prime West, a Denver-based developer, recently broke ground on its latest mixed-use project on a 0.8-acre site at 42nd and Jason Streets in Denver. Alloy Sunnyside is a 209-unit, 8-story, 258,105-square-foot mixed-use building, with a focus on affordability.

According to the site development plan approved by the city, the project will feature 187 parking spaces, some of which will be underground, as well as a ground-floor retail unit, a clubhouse, fitness center and pool.

Bill Hare from the Sunnyside United Neighbors shared, “Affordability, elegance of design, quality materials, and street activation were all important issues that have been represented in the Alloy design.”

Sunnyside is a city-center neighborhood located in the Northside of Denver, west of Interstate 25. The neighborhood is bounded by Union Pacific Railroad lines on the east, Interstate 70 on the north, Federal Boulevard on the West and 38th Avenue on the south.
