Judy Goldman, CEO of Design Studio Interior Solutions, a commercial and residential interior design firm, has launched Front Range Design Center (FRDC), a to-the-trade product solutions and logistics partner for the commercial and residential building industries.
Headquartered in Boulder, FRDC works with contractors, designers, architects and developers, elevating their projects’ processes and products, and enhancing their clients’ experiences.
At FRDC, Goldman has assembled an experienced team of logistic and project managers focused on assisting clients with products and services for the commercial, hospitality, multi-use, TI and residential new build and remodel professionals.
“We spent nearly two years developing FRDC with the single goal of servicing the skilled professionals that design, create and work in the building industry,” Goldman said. “Our unique, vertically integrated service model provides individuals and firms with the support and product they need on their own terms. From product specing, sign-offs, take-offs and ordering to receiving, storage, delivery and billing, we offer a seamless, turnkey experience that frees our clients up to focus on their business.”
In addition to providing product and design guidance and project management services, FRDC’s materials library and extensive product showroom offers hundreds of products from drywall in, including hard surfaces, cabinetry, flooring, tile, wallcovering, lighting, and décor. The firm maintains direct manufacturer and supplier relationships with hundreds of brands and offers custom products, drafting and design for space planning and construction-ready documents.
FRDC can also receive and store a client’s products and materials until they’re ready for installation – from a single piece to a whole project – at their expansive Boulder warehouse. Products are delivered to site per the specifications of the client.
“Whether the project is a new build, tenant improvement or hotel renovation, FRDC is designed to help our clients make informed and impactful decisions,” Goldman said. “We look forward to providing a consultative and flexible partnership with the Front Range’s contractors, architects, developers and designers that service our growing marketplace.”
