Denver’s growing-chain Punch Bowl Social, which combines table and arcade games, karaoke and bowling with its scratch kitchens, is nearing completion on the redevelopment of the former Stapleton air traffic control tower in Denver. The new 15,000-square-foot restaurant is set to open this summer. Stapleton will also serve as the new corporate HQ.
OZ Architecture has re-designed both the exterior and interior with a nod to aviation, inspired by the mid-century history of the old Stapleton airport.
