Red Lion Hotels Corp. (NYSE: RLH) that recently moved its headquarters to Denver has plans to switch gears, from owning hotel properties to franchising them instead.
The company is putting 11 of its hotels up for sale that could be sold for as much as a total of $175 million. Red Lion Hotels Corp. also recently sold its entertainment subsidiary, TicketsWest.com Inc., to Paciolan LLC for $6 million.
