Shops at 6th & Broadway, a 12,033-square-foot retail property located in Denver, has sold for $7,200,000, according to Adam A. Lewis, regional manager of the firm’s Denver office.
Ian Hicks, Ryan Bowlby and Drew Isaac, investment specialists with Marcus & Millichap in Denver, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private local investor. The buyer, a local family office, was also procured by the listing team.
Strategically positioned at the high-traffic, signalized intersection of 6th Avenue and Broadway—one of Denver’s busiest thoroughfares—is home to long-standing tenants such as AT&T, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Einstein Bros. Bagels & Palm Beach Tan. The asset was 76% occupied at the time of sale, the only vacancy being the end cap adjacent to Broadway.
