RiNo Investors Purchase $8M Warehouse Property

Tributary Real Estate and Charles Street Investment Partners have purchased 2 acres of land at 3600 and 3695 Wynkoop St., home to a 38,000-square-foot warehouse and another smaller warehouse. Tributary has. purchased 11 other nearby parcels in the last 15 months for a mixed-use redevelopment.

The seller is Gary Giambrocco, owner of Giambrocco Food Service and Cushman & Wakefield were the buyer’s brokers.

Tributary is developing a master-planned community that will turn the Giambrocco site into a mix of office, residential and hotel space.
