A 10,353-square-foot, 2-story office asset located at 3675 Wynkoop Street in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood has changed hands. RiNo Wynkoop Investors, LLC, a California-based investor purchased the property for $3.15 million, according to Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors.

According to the Denver Post, the fully renovated property was formerly occupied by Helikon Gallery & Studios, which cited high property taxes as a reason for closing its doors. The property is zoned for eight stories and is across from the new Rev360 office building, and next to the RiDE at RiNO apartment building, within close walking distance to 38th & Blake light rail station. The property also includes 14 dedicated parking spaces (including 2 garage spaces).

Pinnacle Advisor Corey Sandberg, assisted both the seller, Allied Trades, Inc. as well as RiNo Wynkoop Investors, LLC in the transaction.

“We were more than pleased to facilitate this transaction for a family that has owned this building for many years, and simultaneously set up another family with an amazing asset for many years into the future. The purchaser has a long-term vision for this property, and we were able to find an extremely stable tenant that will help them realize their investment goals for many years to come,” stated Corey Sandberg.
