According to CBRE Group, RiNo’s office space has increased by as much as 85 percent since 2008 — 785,87-square-feet of office space, compared to 425,458-square-feet a decade ago.
That number is expected to double in the next five years, with 800,000-square-feet currently under construction or in the planning stages.
