Denver, CO – David Evans and Associates, Inc. welcomed Rob Singer, PE as the new Director of Land/Site Development for the firm’s Denver office. He will focus on the continued growth and development of the Denver office by focusing on excellent client services and expanding the service offerings in Colorado and the surrounding states.
Rob has significant development experience performing land use planning and feasibility studies; entitlement, permitting, site/civil design analysis, engineering plan and specification preparation, as well as construction administration/oversight. His multi-discipline background includes managing residential, commercial, and industrial sector projects.
