Ryan Companies US, Inc., a national commercial real estate solutions provider, has started construction on a 151-unit multifamily project in partnership with a private developer. Located at 1288 Wadsworth Blvd in Lakewood, the project is located near one of the busiest intersections in the area and is adjacent to an RTD light rail station. The project is yet to be named.
“We’re honored to take part in the ongoing revitalization of the Two Creeks neighborhood,” said Mark Beal, vice president of construction operations at Ryan Companies. “This is our first multifamily project in the Denver market, and we’re determined to create a positive, lasting impact on the community.”
The new 133,560-square-foot, six-story apartment building will include a pool and outdoor patio gathering areas. The complex will also offer an automated vehicle parking stacker system that will allow residents to retrieve their vehicles with the touch of a key fob, eliminating the need for multiple levels of underground parking.
KTGY is the architect of record, and Studio4D has been engaged as the interior designer for the common space interiors and apartment finishes. A National Green Building Standard Silver Certification is being pursued for this project, scheduled for completion in late 2023.
