Sale of TownePlace Suites Denver Airport Signals Recovery of Hospitality Industry

Marriott TownePlace Suites Denver Airport at Gateway Park, a 99-room, LEED Silver, hospitality property sold to Pennbridge Lodging in May.

Skyler Cooper, Allan Miller, Chris Gomes, and Michael A. Fasano investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Denver offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Arapahoe Development LLC.

TownePlace Suites Denver Airport, built in 2012, is located at 4100 Kittredge St. on a 2.05-acre lot. The Denver International Airport is the largest demand generator for this extended-stay hotel. More location highlights nearby include the Denver Zoo, Children’s Hospital Anschutz Medical Campus, Aurora Sports Park, Buckley Air Force Base, and the Colorado Air & Space Port, to name a few.

The 99-room hospitality property features many desirable amenities as well, including an indoor pool, fitness center, outdoor patio, and a barbecue space. “This transaction is another testament that the hospitality industry is on the path to recovery,” said Cooper.
