Salesforce, a customer relationship management solution that brings companies and customers together, is expanding in Denver with a brand new office at the 17th Street Plaza in LoDo. Salesforce employees will begin moving into the building in late 2020, leasing three floors and adding rooftop signage.

According to the Salesforce blog, the new office will feature an open flow layout with plenty of access to natural light to mindfulness zones, parent’s rooms, and numerous social lounges for employees to collaborate with their teams and host volunteer activities to give back to the Denver community.

“We’re thrilled to build on our commitment to the state of Colorado where we can be closer to our customers and tap into world-class regional talent,” said Michele Schneider, senior vice president of global workplace services. “Our new Denver office will be a place where our employees can do the best work of their lives and further support the community at large.”

Salesforce first set up shop in the region in 2013, supporting leading customers including the State of Colorado, the City and County of Denver, Ball Corporation, amongst other top organizations.

Since Salesforce’s founding, Salesforce has powered more than 45,000 nonprofits and higher education institutions across the world; Salesforce.org has provided more than $310 million grants; and employees have logged more than 4.5 million volunteer hours throughout the world.

According to Wikipedia, 17th Street Plaza was completed in 1982 and has 32 floors, with a total area of 666,653 square feet. It was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Wendel Duchsherer Architects and is currently the 11th tallest building in Denver.
