Co-developers MorningStar Senior Living and Edgemark Development LLC are expected to break ground in Q4 2021 on a new senior care community at 5555 East Arapahoe Road, overlooking Holly Park in Centennial. The project will open in 2023 under the name MorningStar Senior Living at Holly Park.
The partnership between MorningStar and Edgemark draws on each company’s vast experience in the housing space to take senior living design and innovation to the next level.

The property will deliver 160 units for independent living, assisted living and memory care in a four-story luxury residential building on three acres. JHL is the contractor for this job and Rosemann & Associates provided the architectural design.
