Senior Housing Project Under Construction in Lakewood

View here

Avenida Lakewood, a 230-unit apartment community for active adults 55 and older, has broken ground at the corner of Colfax Avenue and Owens Street — as part of an effort to keep up with demand for more senior housing in the Centennial State.

The apartment community will be the centerpiece of the Oak Station Marketplace mixed-use development serving the newly constructed light rail station; and is also walking distance to King Soopers Grocer and many other shops.

The senior housing development is designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning and built by Califonia-based Avenida Partners, LLC, a diversified real estate development and investment firm focused on the development of affordable, market-rate senior housing, in-fill properties and value-add opportunities in well-established communities.

The sales office will open May 2018 and the community grand opening will be held Spring 2019.
