Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate (SSF), the leading independent brokerage firm in Colorado, and founding member of Forbes Global Properties, has opened a new flagship office in Cherry Creek North. Housed within Hotel Clio, the elevated new office will become SSF’s Denver headquarters, providing a home base for current and future brokers as the brokerage seeks to expand its presence in the Front Range real estate market.
“This new office is more than bricks and mortar; it’s a symbol of our commitment to Denver,” said Orly Ripmaster, Slifer Smith & Frampton’s Front Range market president. “As the 30th location in SSF’s established Colorado network, this flagship office will represent the Slifer Smith & Frampton brand on the Front Range and bridges the allure of Cherry Creek with the allure of our renowned resort communities in Vail, Aspen, and Summit County. It further strengthens the connection between these premier destinations.”
The new office features a modern, positive, and open environment to help foster a sense of community for brokers, clients and hotel guests alike and reflects SSF’s reflects our culture of casual, confident elegance. In addition, the strategic location adjacent to Hotel Clio’s conference center underscores SSF’s history with luxury properties.
“Slifer Smith & Frampton has always been very connected to hotels and resorts in the mountain communities, so it felt natural that we extend this legacy to a luxury hotel in Cherry Creek,” Ripmaster added.
All of SSF’s Denver high-end brokers will now call the boutique Cherry Creek office their home base and the downtown office at The Coloradan at Union Station will continue SSF’s strong presence in the urban core.
“We opened our first Denver office in 1999, in Larimer Square. Two years later, in 2001, we relocated to Riverfront Park after that building was completed. Since then, the growth we’ve witnessed across the Front Range is astounding,” said Mark Smith, managing partner of Slifer Smith & Frampton. “We spent 22 years serving the downtown Denver communities from that location, and we will continue to do that from our office in The Coloradan. Adding an additional office in Denver has been a priority of ours for a while, but we’ve been looking for the right opportunity. An office that would offer our team the resources they need in a location that adds value to our entire network, and Orly found the perfect fit at Hotel Clio in Cherry Creek.”
Since acquiring Colorado Landmark, Realtors in 2022, SSF has added a number of new brokers across the Front Range – including 10 in Denver – its goal is to remain boutique and welcome 25 to 30 brokers using the Cherry Creek office as their hub. SSF already making waves in the neighborhood this summer with recent high-end sales in Cherry Hills Village and a listing in Washington Park, the highest-priced property ever sold in the neighborhood. In addition, SSF is the leading independent brokerage firm in Colorado with $13B in sales volume since 2020 and more than 300 brokers in 30 sales locations from Aspen to the Front Range.
“With the opening of the Cherry Creek office we are creating greater connection and alignment between our mountain and Front Range brokers and clientele,” said Jason Cole, chief executive officer of Slifer Smith & Frampton. “This is an exciting milestone in our growth as a company and our continuing commitment to communities across Colorado.”
