According to the Denver Post, South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker have bought Casa Bonita, the beloved Denver restaurant that closed and went into bankruptcy during the pandemic.
Casa Bonita is a 52,000-square-foot restaurant located within a shopping center on West Colfax Avenue. The eatery was made famous for its cliff-diving entertainment and less than impressive Mexican food.
The terms of the sale were not immediately available as of Friday. The duo has said they will partner with yet-to-be-announced Colorado-based restaurateurs to improve the food!
