Cushman & Wakefield announced that One & Two Greenwood Plaza has extended its lease term with Kaiser Permanente for 120,979 square feet of space at the Class A office campus in Englewood. Kaiser serves as the anchor tenant of the two-building project totaling 197,528 square feet.
The suburban campus is owned by Franklin Street Properties. Cushman & Wakefield’s Ryan Stout, Nathan Bradley, Zachary Williams, and Kiley Crews represented ownership and JLL’s Patrick Bolick and Kurt Liss represented the tenant in the lease renewal.
Located at 6550 and 6560 Greenwood Plaza Blvd, One & Two Greenwood Plaza is situated on over eight acres and was originally constructed in 1999/2000. The modern campus consists of a three-story office building (One) and a five-story office building (Two). The campus is conveniently located adjacent to the Village Center Light Rail Station and is surrounded by a wealth of retail amenities and near Interstate 25.
Distinctive to the project is the green reflective glass 5-story Atrium which complements the off-white architectural precast and green-tinted reflective glass curtain wall. Amenities to the complex include a 2,500-square-foot sandwich shop off the atrium and a 6,000-square-foot daycare center. The buildings have been developed to incorporate HVAC, power, and communications/data for today’s high-tech users. The site includes both public and private areas for tenants and a water feature at the main entry.
Cushman & Wakefield also continues to market the full 69,180 SF building at One Greenwood Plaza for lease.
