Bespoke Uptown community at 17th and Pearl Streets in Denver, is now open to residents. Blending modern conveniences with historic neighborhood preservation, the development features 316 upscale apartments spread over 10 floors with over 12,000 square feet of ground-level commercial space.
Southern Land Company worked with Historic Denver to preserve two historic early-20th-century commercial structures that anchor the development on 17th Avenue and will continue to serve as retail space. Maintaining these structures lends pedestrian scale to the project on 17th Avenue. The project also replaces a surface parking lot, better activating the space.

Bespoke Uptown is a sophisticated and vibrant community designed around two historic structures that contribute significantly to the character of the neighborhood,” said Southern Land Company CEO Tim Downey.
Bespoke has opened its leasing center onsite and is welcoming residents to the new apartment which feature studios, junior one-bedroom, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, ranging in size from 547 square feet to more than 1,400 square feet. Monthly rental rates start at $1,460 for studios and rise to just over $4,000 for the largest two bedroom units featuring two bathrooms and private outdoor space.
Residents will find apartments equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood plank and tile flooring, in-unit washers and dryers and private balconies on most of the units. Bespoke also features a number of luxury community-wide amenities including: a heated rooftop saltwater pool, multiple outdoor courtyards, an open-air dog park, dog grooming services, a private residents’ lounge, outdoor grilling and dining lounges, 24-hour fitness center and an underground, secured parking garage.
Bespoke Uptown will feature more than 12,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space on the ground floor facing 17th Avenue. With its central location, the community is a haven for residents who want to experience city living at its finest, boasting a Walk Score® of 96, Transit Score of 86 and Bike Score of 96.
Bespoke Uptown’s leasing center, located at 1633 Pearl St., is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and on weekends by appointment.
Bespoke Uptown is one of five projects that Southern Land Company has developed or is developing in the Denver and Boulder markets. Centric LoHi, SLC’s first development in Colorado, was sold in December 2018 and set the price-per-unit record for metro Denver; Rêve Boulder is a mixed use project under construction slated for a 2021 opening; Karl’s Farm is a 64-acre mixed-use development that will blend multi-family, single-family and commercial development in Northglenn, scheduled to start in 2021; and Westerly is a 400-acre master-planned community just north of Denver in Erie, CO, with a planned start later this year.
