Steelhead Composites Inc,, a Colorado-based company that specializes in making metal containers that are filled with liquid or gas at high pressures, has signed a lease for Unit 150 in the Jeffco West Building at 11900 W. 44th Ave. in Wheat Ridge, according to Todd Brown, Commercial Broker & Advisor at Madison Commercial Properties, Ltd.
Originally developed by the J.W. Brewer Tire Co. in the early 80’s, the lease of the 15,126-square-foot space consists mostly of warehouse with a portion of showroom/office space and commenced July 1, with a beginning base rental rate of $8 per square foot, triple net. Brown represented the landlord in the transaction. Mike Deatly of Savills represented the tenant.
