Superior Home Source Relocates to Olde Town Arvada

Arvada, CO — Superior Home Source of RE/MAX Alliance, which specializes in full-service residential and commercial real estate throughout the Front Range, recently moved locations to 7425 Grandview Avenue in Olde Town Arvada.

“The Olde Town Arvada location offers an abundance of foot traffic not readily accessible to most real estate offices that reside off the beaten path,” said Jai Brooks, who co-owns Superior Home Source with her husband Brad. “With our unique window display for our clients’ listings, it provides additional exposure to potential buyers as they pass by. Also, folks are more inclined to walk in looking for a Realtor to help them with their next real estate transaction.”

Superior Home Source — which is celebrating its twenty-fifth anniversary in 2017 — moved to be in the heart of the re-gentrification of Olde Town Arvada and to be located across the street from the new light rail transit station that provides easy access to the revitalized Union Station in Lower Downtown Denver (LODO) as well as The Highlands area. Additionally, Olde Town Arvada is changing fast with new bistros, breweries, coffee shops and various other retail shops opening up daily due to this new high-growth energy.

“This location cannot be beat for real estate along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains,” noted Brad. “Our new office is more like an exclusive boutique with all high-production agents. With the exceptional professionals that work within these walls, clients will experience the best of the best when it comes to real estate as well as being exposed to a superior network of property sharing. Stepping into this office is so warm and cozy, especially when we sit down with our clients in the quaint front lounge and enjoy a delicious on-demand coffee as we discuss their needs.”

Jai is a Certified Residential Specialist, 90 percent of whom’s business comes from repeat clients, referrals from clients, and friends and family who have put their trust in her negotiating skills and professional reputation. Brad, who has been a real estate broker for twenty-five years as a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), is a Certified General Commercial and Residential Real Estate Appraiser. He also holds the SRA designation through the Appraisal Institute and is a member of the Northern Colorado Association of Real Estate Appraisers (NCREA). RE/MAX Alliance also has offices in Westminster, Broomfield, Denver and Boulder.
