DENVER – FINN Real Estate and its owner Patrick Finney, recently confirmed the sale of 1551 S Pearl Street, formerly Gaia Bistro. The transaction closed on Friday August 11, 2017.
The 6,250-square-foot property was sold to Toshihiro Kizaki, owner of the popular Sushi Den restaurant, for $1.3 Million.
The adjoining parcel at 1545 S Pearl remains for sale. According to FINN Real Estate, Kizaki may demolish the old Gaia Bistro for new construction.
