San Francisco-based Fillmore Capital Partners, a private investment company with principal focus on healthcare, lodging, affordable housing and other specialized real estate investments, has purchased two buildings and a parking lot next to Coors Field for $17.75 million.
The purchased parcels are: 1937 Market St, 1949 Market St., home to Tavern Downtown; and 2000 Blake St., a parking lot.
At this time, it is unknown what Fillmore Capital Partners plans to do with the vacant lot. Tavern Hospitality Group will now rent the Tavern’s space from Fillmore Capital Partners.
