Each 1,000-square-foot unit is equipped with two bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, a balcony or patio, vaulted ceilings, in-unit laundry, dedicated storage and fiber internet.

Rent for a 2-bedroom is $2200/month, according to the property website. The property is adjacent to Dry Gulch Trail and Lakewood Open Space and within walking distance of the Sheridan and Lamar Light Rail Stations.
Project construction work also includes an asphalt parking lot, trash enclosure and landscaping. Building exteriors are a combination of cement siding and simulated stone with asphalt roof shingles and clerestory windows.
