DENVER – Tech developer Liqid, will relocate from Lafayette to their new headquarters in Broomfield. In February 2018, the company will start phased occupancy into 20,846 square feet at 329 Interlocken Parkway.

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, represented Liqid.

“Our new space in Broomfield will support continued growth, enhance collaboration between Liqid and our partners, as well as serve as a centralized, state-of-the-art workplace built to optimize our brand and operational objectives,” said Liqid Chief Operating Officer Bryan Schramm.

Founded in 2013, Liqid is a data center innovation company that develops disruptive solutions for the bare-metal cloud, enabling hyperscale agility to the masses. The company’s new Broomfield headquarters will feature corporate office, technology lab and research and development space. Mike Deatly and Brady Alshouse of Savills Studley represented the tenant in this transaction.

“Liqid is an innovative business that needed new and expanded space to not only facilitate the recruitment and retention of top talent, but to match the company’s rapidly growing operations and upward organizational profile,” said Deatly. “Through negotiations with forward-thinking parties astute to our client’s growth potential, we identified an office strategy that meets Liqid’s goals for this transaction and brings another ascendant company to Broomfield.”

329 Interlocken Parkway is owned by Interlocken Parkway, LTD. Scott Garel of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord in this transaction.

As part of the lease agreement, Liqid will obtain above market tenant allowance that will support the build out of an open, collaborative floorplan designed by Hampton Architecture. In addition to tenant representation, Savills Studley’s Denver-based project management team led by JT Hammett will oversee Liqid’s construction and tenant finish of its new HQ facility as well as the management of Liqid’s relocation.
