Studio Be Salon has signed a 1,500-square-foot lease in Loveland, for its fifth location, at The Foundry mixed-use development. The Foundry is a $76 million public/private partnership with the City of Loveland, Brinkman, investment partners Brue Baukol Capital Partners and Colmena Group.
Mistene Nugent of CBRE’s Fort Collins office represented the tenant in securing the lease.

Located at 261 North Lincoln Ave., The Foundry features luxury apartments, retail space, a seven-screen MetroLux Theatres Dine-In Theater, a hotel, public parking and a central plaza for community entertainment. The redevelopment aims to revitalize Loveland’s historic downtown by transforming three underutilized city blocks into a destination for locals and visitors. The Foundry was recently named a project winner in Downtown Colorado Inc.’s 2020 Governor’s Awards.

The landlord is Irvine, Calif.-based Star Patina Flats, LLC (Steadfast REIT).
