The Henry is set to open its first Colorado location in Cherry Creek on December 16, bringing the Fox Restaurant Concepts’ “greatest neighborhood restaurant” to 201 Fillmore alongside Hank’s Neighborhood Bar, a first-of-its-kind spin-off bar concept for the brand that will open in early 2027.
The Henry Cherry Creek marks the brand’s 13th location nationwide, joining sister restaurants Flower Child and North Italia in Cherry Creek, as well as Culinary Dropout and Blanco Cocina + Cantina located at 9+CO. The new restaurant will open inside 201 Fillmore, a mixed-use building comprising retail, office and restaurant space in one of the city’s most walkable, upscale neighborhoods.
Most unique to the Cherry Creek location is Hank’s Neighborhood Bar, a first-of-its-kind spin-off bar concept situated right next to The Henry. The bar spans 4,039 square feet, including 2,574 square feet indoors and 1,465 square feet of patio space. Equal parts laid-back and lively, it’s the kind of place where the bar stool feels like yours, and the bartender already knows what you’re having. More details and the official opening date for Hank’s Neighborhood Bar will be shared early in 2027.
Together, The Henry and Hank’s will occupy 11,012 square feet across the lobby of the first level of the 201 Fillmore building. The Henry stretches across 6,973 square feet, with 5,860 square feet of dining space indoors and 1,113 square feet opening onto the patio. Warm, approachable dining areas anchored by deep green accents, dark wood and marble finishes, green leather banquettes, chandeliers and a black marble bar create an ambiance of elegant energy that will have guests wanting to linger. A walk-up coffee bar anchors the morning experience, while the moody bar sets the tone for lavish afternoons, post-work happy hours and romantic evenings that turn into after-dinner drinks and dessert.
The opening will bring The Henry’s signature all-day dining, coffee-forward mornings, and social atmosphere to Cherry Creek. Designed as a place that moves easily throughout the day, The Henry serves lunch and dinner daily, along with weekday happy hour and can’t-miss weekend brunch. Breakfast is also available daily from the walk-up coffee bar, featuring freshly made pastries — including laminated French pastries made in-house daily — and signature coffee and matcha drinks.
The Henry Cherry Creek will be located at 201 Fillmore Street and will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., with daily breakfast and weekend brunch available.
