The Ivy Residences in LoHi Top Out

DENVER — The Ivy Residences in LoHi celebrated their topping out last month, putting them one step closer to completion. Ivy Residences will provide 26 homes in a five-story building located at West 33rd Avenue near Shoshone Street.

The crew at Hyder Construction and Elevation Capital Partners, gathered to watch as the residences’ final beam was hoisted into place at the top of the structure, symbolizing the completion of the structural frame and exterior wall framing.

Concrete slabs/framing began in early January and took approximately two weeks per floor to complete. This milestone is in line with the overall construction and delivery schedule and keeps the completion date on track for this summer.

The 26 boutique residences located in the Lower Highlands are 42 percent pre-sold and range from $300,000-$900,000. Built inside the bones of a concrete and steel structure, each residence offers high quality finishes and outdoor spaces that combine modern conveniences with classic aesthetic. Craine Architecture is the architect for the project.

Within a residential neighborhood, the Ivy still manages to achieve a high walk score considering its down the street from some of Denver’s best known restaurants and shops.

Thanks to the recent construction-law reform, condominium developments are starting to bounce back in Denver and the Ivy is a significant contribution to this.
