The Kodiak Club and Residences feature amenities such as in-residence room service, 24/7 concierge, a sauna and steam room, pet spa, fitness center, complimentary membership to the on-site private dining and social club, and direct access to Kodiak Lake.

“The Kodiak Club and Residences was thoughtfully designed for those seeking a refined, low-maintenance lifestyle paired with exceptional modern conveniences,” said Spencer Long, development director for Realty Capital Residential. “With the private dining and social club located just downstairs, residents enjoy effortless access to a full-service restaurant year-round. Whether dining with friends or ordering room service from the comfort of home, every detail of the residences is intended to simplify daily living by eliminating many of the responsibilities associated with traditional homeownership, allowing residents more time for the things they value most.”

The Kodiak Club, a private social and dining club, occupies 5,000 square feet on the ground floor of the building plus an additional 2,000 square feet of outdoor terrace space. Dallas-based Suburban Life Hospitality Group is the operator of the private club.

The Kodiak Club offers a full-service restaurant and bar that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, seven days a week, year-round. The full-time director of lifestyle andeEvents curates numerous member experiences including seasonal dinner events on the outdoor terrace, wine tastings hosted by the in-house Certified Sommelier, wellness offerings such as yoga, meditation, and massage, live entertainment, and much more. Members also enjoy access to one and two bedroom guest suites for visitors, member-only wine lockers, and private transportation services. Residents of the building are offered complimentary membership to the Kodiak Club and membership applications for non-resident members are now open. Residents of the Roaring Fork Valley receive a reduced initiation fee.

“We are excited to introduce a community centered around elevated experiences in a beautiful lakefront setting,” said Justin Abad, managing director of the Kodiak Club. “Our vision is to create a true ‘Third Space’ for members, a place beyond work and home where they feel a genuine sense of belonging and connection. It’s a community built around exceptional hospitality, personalized service, and thoughtfully curated experiences that consistently exceed expectations.”

Dallas-based Realty Capital Partners and Realty Capital Residential provided the equity for the project. The Agency Aspen is exclusively handling residential leasing, sales, and private club membership sales for the property.
