The Marketplace at Centerra Adds New Retailers

Centerra announced new retail partners at McWhinney’s The Marketplace at Centerra: The Blonding Parlour, Impact Chiropractic, Dollar Tree and Five Below. Located off Highway 34 at 5704 McWhinney Blvd. in Loveland, these new businesses join PetSmart, Old Navy, Marshalls, Target, Sportsman’s Warehouse and Jo-Ann Fabrics, among many others.

  • The Blonding Parlour is a locally owned and operated salon at 1659 Fall River Drive, Unit 145, next to Jimmy John’s and offers services that include hair extensions, blonding services, balayage, color, Brazilian blowouts and haircuts. Currently, the salon is open Tuesday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Impact Chiropractic is expanding from Fort Collins with a second location at 1661 Rocky Mountain Ave., Suite 302. The Loveland location offers chiropractic care for people of all ages, including pediatrics, and prenatal and post-natal mothers. Dr. Lara Osterhaus, D.C., completed the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association program and is certified in the Webster technique.
  • Dollar Tree is located at 1695 Rocky Mountain Ave., Suite 410, adjacent to PetSmart, and is open Monday-Saturday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The discount variety store offers merchandise that includes cleaning supplies, food and drinks, toys, games, books, puzzles, craft supplies, holiday themed items, cooking and baking supplies, dinnerware and serving essentials, and personal care items.
  • Five Below is located at 1651 Fall River Drive, next door to Maurices, and serves as a specialty discount store offering products that are less than $5, in addition to select merchandise ranging from $6-$25. Products include toys and games, beauty products and homeware and home furnishing items. It’s open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

As one of the largest contiguous power shopping centers in Northern Colorado, The Marketplace at Centerra offers nearly 500,000 square feet of retail space in a walkable, community-oriented setting. The Marketplace offers nearly 40 stores and services to choose from as well as a variety of sit down dining and grab-and-go food options.
