Fort Collins–based design-build firm The Neenan Company, has officially completed Premier Members Credit Union’s (PMCU) first branch office in Castle Rock. The 3,815-square-foot facility marks the expansion of PMCU into Douglas County.
Located at 6355 Promenade Parkway in Castle Rock, the new development represents the first project between PMCU, a not-for-profit financial institution with 13 retail branch locations and The Neenan Company, which served as the design-build partner for the project.

The full-service branch location features a cozy fireplace gathering area, office space, and a multi-functional community room that can host meeting and community gatherings. With drive-up ATM and banking services, the facility aligns with the credit union’s focus on transparency by featuring a barrier-free teller pod design and vast windows, allowing an abundance of natural light. The new design model highlights PMCU’s artisanal banking style by prioritizing approachability and personalized member service and by offering products that meet the unique needs of each member in the Castle Rock community.
