Fort Collins, CO – The Neenan Company recently completed the Music District project in mid-town Fort Collins. Serving as the general contractor for the Music District project, The Neenan Company celebrated the completion of the music-centered campus focused on cultivating talent, supporting professional development and encouraging industry relationships.
The project is comprised of five renovated buildings totaling 33,200 square feet and is located next to the Colorado State University campus. Davis Davis Architects served as the design partner on the project.
The Music District is a gathering hub, workspace and creative space for the music community. The five-building campus connects Fort Collins to regional, national and international music communities through collaboration and partnerships, offering free and fee-based programming for the public and music enthusiasts.
The project includes communal areas and space for co-working and industry incubation. Amenities include three amplified practice rooms, five non-amplified practice rooms, music-related retail space, performance space, collaborative spaces for music-oriented organizations, KRFC radio station, and apartments to accommodate visitors.
