DENVER – The Opus Group (Opus) have completed The Glenn, a six-story 306-unit multifamily development in Centennial. The pedestrian-friendly building has 2,100 square feet of ground level retail, which currently is available for lease.
Named in honor of local entrepreneur and philanthropist, Glenn Jones, the transit-oriented development is located just two blocks from the light rail station, providing convenient access to downtown Denver and DIA.

Luxury finishes are standard for all units and include tall ceilings, designer lighting, custom kitchen cabinets, under-mount sinks, quartz countertops, glass tile surrounds in bathrooms and in-unit washers and dryers.
