The Orchard Town Center Welcomes 5 New Tenants

Activate, an immersive and interactive gaming destination, opened in February.

The Orchard Town Center (OTC), Westminster’s premier outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment destination, is welcoming a mix of newly opened and upcoming tenants in 2025. Owned by TriGate Capital and managed and leased by Vestar, the center will debut a diverse mix of experiences, including ActivateP.F. Chang’s, Pandora, Postino, and Swing 365 Golf. Whether guests are looking for an engaging activity for the entire family, fresh fashion for every season or a patio to enjoy outdoor dining, these new openings will bring even more reasons to visit The Orchard Town Center in 2025.

Activate, which opened just in time for winter, is a thrilling destination for those looking to stay active indoors with its immersive, high-energy gaming experience. This spring, P.F. Chang’s became a vibrant dining spot for guests craving bold, Asian-inspired cuisine. Pandora, which arrived in early April, remains the perfect place to find meaningful gifts and elegant accessories to refresh any jewelry collection. Looking ahead to late summer, Postino will bring a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine and shareable bites on the patio. Meanwhile, golf enthusiasts can look forward to Swing 365 Golf, an exciting addition that will offer a year-round way to perfect their game.

The Orchard Town Center continues to evolve as a vibrant destination, already home to beloved national retailers like Target, Nordstrom Rack, Lululemon and Warby Parker, along with local gems such as Windfall Brewing Co. and Carson & Co. With the addition of 11 new, high-caliber tenants in approximately 12 months, The Orchard Town Center is now over 94% leased and is projected to add more than 27,000 square feet of retail, entertainment and dining space in 2025.

Activate, February 2025:

The center has welcomed Activate, an immersive and interactive gaming destination that puts both physical and mental skills to the test. Featuring high-tech, team-based challenges, Activate offers a one-of-a-kind experience for all ages. This new location introduces fresh and dynamic entertainment options, making it a highly anticipated addition to the shopping center.

Pandora, April 2025:

Pandora, the world’s largest jewelry brand, opened at The Orchard Town Center this April, expanding its network of over 2,600 concept stores worldwide. The new location showcases Pandora’s signature hand-finished jewelry, crafted from high-quality materials at affordable prices. Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, Pandora operates in more than 100 countries and remains committed to sustainability, with a goal to use only recycled silver and gold by 2025.

Swing 365 Golf, May 2025:

Swing 365 Golf is making its debut in Colorado at The Orchard Town Center, bringing a state-of-the-art golf simulator experience. The membership-based community offers 24/7 access to a private suite, allowing golfers to book tee times at their convenience. With a welcoming private club atmosphere, players can refine their swing, enjoy a round with friends or simply relax while experiencing the game in a whole new way. As the first of its kind in the area, Swing 365 Golf is poised to become a premier destination for golf enthusiasts. 

Postino WineCafeMid-Summer 2025:

Postino WineCafe is bringing its signature charm to The Orchard Town Center with its sixth Colorado location. Known for its inviting atmosphere, approachable yet high-quality wines, and vibrant bruschetta boards perfect for sharing, this beloved wine bar is sure to be a welcomed addition. The anticipation is high as Postino prepares to make its mark at the center.

PF Chang’s, Late Summer 2025:

P.F. Chang’s will open in late summer at the center, bringing its signature Asian-inspired dishes to a vibrant and stylish setting. The restaurant will offer an elevated dining experience, with a menu featuring favorites such as Chang’s Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef and the iconic Great Wall of Chocolate dessert.
