Gastamo Group, the Denver-based restaurant and hospitality company behind Park Burger, Homegrown Tap & Dough, Perdida, Birdcall, and Park & Co., is excited to announce the upcoming opening of Lady Nomada in Central Park. Scheduled to debut in fall 2025, this will be the third Lady Nomada location in Colorado and Gastamo Group’s very first restaurant in the Central Park community.
Since opening its doors in Olde Towne Arvada in 2023, Lady Nomada has become a vibrant gathering spot, known for Baja-inspired tacos, enchiladas, fajitas, coastal shareables, and a lively bar program featuring craft margaritas and cocktails. The restaurant expanded to Lakewood’s Belmar district in 2024, and now, Central Park neighbors will soon experience the same colorful energy and coastal flavors closer to home.
“Central Park is a community we’ve long admired. We love its family-oriented and creative vibe, and the area is constantly evolving,” said Peter Newlin, chief visionary officer and co-founder of Gastamo Group. “Lady Nomada was built to bring people together through food, drink, and music, and Central Park’s neighborhood culture makes it the perfect fit. It’s a place where families gather, colleagues meet over happy hour, and friends connect late into the night, and we’re excited to create a restaurant where all of that can happen under one roof.”
Design
Lady Nomada’s Central Park location will embrace the brand’s signature Baja-inspired design, blending soulful Mexican cuisine with a transportive atmosphere that feels both like a seaside escape and a true neighborhood gathering spot.
“We worked with partners who really understood our vision for creating a welcoming, community-focused space. We’re proud to share that Hsu Office led the interior design and that it was a true collaborative effort to bring it all to life,” says a spokesperson of Gastamo Group.
An expansive patio and multiple garage doors will create a lively open-air dining experience, while a bold exterior mural by a local Denver artist sets the tone before guests even step inside. Handcrafted tiles, beaded accents, and boho-inspired chandeliers will bring a colorful, coastal resort feel to the space, making it as welcoming for family dinners as it is for margaritas with friends.
Menu
The menu will expand on Lady Nomada’s signature tacos and Baja bites with new entrées and fresh bowls unique to the Central Par location. Value-forward specials, including a $13 weekday taco plate lunch, a lively happy hour with $5 bites, and an $8 House Margarita, make Lady Nomada accessible for everyday dining while still feeling like an escape. Guests can also enjoy a beverage program anchored by crave-worthy margaritas, including the Marisol Margarita crafted with the brand’s own Marisol Tequila, and a growing lineup of zero-proof cocktails.
Lady Nomada’s expansion into Central Park reflects Gastamo Group’s commitment to thoughtfully growing within the communities it serves. Known for its vibrant, family-oriented culture, Central Park is a natural fit for a restaurant designed around gathering, sharing, and celebrating. The new location will actively engage with local organizations, schools, and nonprofits, while partnering with the Central Park Chamber of Commerce to build lasting connections.
Gastamo Group continues to grow its portfolio of neighborhood-driven restaurants across the Denver metro area, tailoring each concept to the unique character of its surrounding community. With Lady Nomada Central Park, the group adds another destination where locals can gather, connect, and enjoy high-quality food in a vibrant, welcoming environment.
