Executive Circle Industrial Investment Portfolio in Colorado Springs has sold for $6,850,000. The sale of the three buildings totaling 73,846 square feet closed on March 30 with David Marulli and Nick Nickerson of Trevey Commercial representing the buyer, H Dean Properties, and Aaron Horn with Cushman & Wakefield representing the seller, T Lowell & Sons. The sale is one of Trevey Commercial’s largest recent transactions.

This fully-leased, three-building flex/office manufacturing industrial campus is located in the Southeast submarket of Colorado Springs. The property is in both the Colorado Enterprise Zone and the Colorado Opportunity Zone. Minutes from downtown Colorado Springs, the project is desirable to many users due to it’s proximity to Denver and ease of access to Interstate 25.

The portfolio boasts high occupancy and visibility. Additionally, the surrounding area’s population totals well over 300,000 and maintains high household incomes and home values. These factors combine to make the Executive Circle Portfolio an excellent investment opportunity and steady stream of income for the buyer.

Located in Parker, Colorado, Trevey Commercial provides brokerage representation, commercial real estate sales and leasing, land development and property management services for clients in Southeast Metro Region and the greater Front Range.
