Three prominent downtown Denver office towers sold at the end of June, according to the Denver Business Journal.
- Boston-based Beacon Capital sold 1560 Broadway, known as Civic Center Plaza, to Los Angeles-based Rising Realty Partners for $124.6 million on June 27.
- Callahan Capital, a firm that was acquired by Ivanhoe Cambridge, sold off 410 17th St. to Miami-based Rialto Capital Management for $127.2 million.
- Hannay Realty Advisors, an affiliate of Artis Reit, sold 1700 Broadway to Beacon Capital for $78 million.
