DENVER – Last week, approximately 125 of Denver’s top commercial real estate professionals and industry innovators attended a celebration of the rapid success of Transwestern’s Whitney Hake, Billy Woodward, and Jamie Gomez, the firm’s newest agency leasing team. “Whitney and her team have started their Transwestern careers with tremendous success,” said Lee Wallis, Transwestern managing senior vice president. “This celebration is a tribute to their talent and dedication that will continue to create value for our clients throughout the Denver market.”

The private two-hour event featured DJ Fonzie from Whomp Truck and a 15-minute TEDx Talk with Comcast executive and Colorado native, Danielle Shoots. Shoots, inspired by quickly changing markets and technology as an industry disruptor, captivated the audience with fresh ideas on millennial leadership. The party also featured special guests Chip Clarke, president│Americas at Transwestern and former manager of the Denver office, and other executive-level leaders.

“Transwestern is intentional in creating a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture,” said Hake. “This party was a reflection of that culture and provided an opportunity for our esteemed guests to view the innovative CTRL Collective space and connect with Transwestern’s Denver team. We look forward to building off the connections we’ve made and continuing to serve the Denver market at the highest possible level.”
