Trevey Land & Commercial Completes Retail Sale & Retail Lease in Parker

Parker, CO – Trevey Land and Commercial has completed the $1,280,000 million sale of a retail / mixed-use property located at 18575 Stage Run Road a block off of Mainstreet in Parker, Colorado.
Built in 2008 and situated on .846 acres, the property features 6,406 square feet of retail and office space.

The new owner plans to relocate an existing hair salon and add a full-service spa in the building and will begin construction immediately. Mitch Trevey and Nick Nickerson of Trevey Land and Commercial represented the seller, Martinez Global International, in the transaction.

Parker, CO – Trevey Land and Commercial has completed the lease for 2,916 square feet of retail space in the Stroh Ranch Retail Center on Parker Road. The Fencing Academy of Denver plans to occupy the space on September 1, 2016.
