DENVERVertix Builders, a culture-focused construction company, is pleased to announce the successful topping out of two new medical facilities:  the Greeley Skilled Nursing Facility and the Dry Creek Medical Office Building.  The company celebrated the milestones with parties for clients, subcontractors, and guests earlier this month.

The Greeley Skilled Nursing Facility, located at 4356 24th Street Road, is a three-story building, totaling 52,000 square feet of space and will provide 54 beds.  Upon completion, it will be a recovery center for patients following hospital stays, but still requiring professional nursing care and physical therapy for full recovery.  Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2019.  Vertix is working with Veritas, an operator of skilled nursing facilities.  The developer of the project is Somerset CPA.

The new Dry Creek MOB is located at the corner of Dry Creek and Havana and will include 52,000 square feet of tenant space, with a 10,000-square-foot, lower level parking garage.  The facility will be four stories, on a four-acre site, and will be home to a mixture of tenant groups, including orthopedics and physical therapy.  Construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2019.  Vertix is working with long-term client Development Solutions Group, and has partnered with Boulder Associates, a leader in the design of healthcare facilities.

“We’re honored to be the general contractor for these outstanding, new medical facilities that will provide important care to the communities they serve,” said Ryan Bonner, president of Vertix.  “We take a great deal of pride in our work on behalf of the healthcare industry and have established tremendous relationships with the developers and design teams that also specialize in this space.”
