Two Office Buildings in Highlands Ranch Fetch $14.35M

Plaza 200 & 300 at Highlands Ranch Business Park, two high-quality, multi-tenant office buildings totaling 74,778-square-feet, located at 200 & 300 Plaza Drive in Highlands Ranch, have sold for $14,350,000, or $192 per square foot, to a private partnership.

Aaron D. Johnson and Jon D. Hendrickson, managing directors, of Cushman & Wakefield Denver’s Capital Markets Group facilitated the transaction.

“Plaza 200 & 300 provides an excellent opportunity to own high quality product within a tight submarket that caters to the extensive amount of housing in Highlands Ranch and surrounding communities,” said Johnson. “Additionally, Highlands Ranch Business Park is predominately a net lease office market. Investors were attracted to the quality of the product, net lease structure, surrounding amenity base, continued growth and development, and high demand in this location.”

Plaza 200 & 300 at Highlands Ranch Business Park were 99 percent occupied at the time of sale. Highlands Ranch Business Park provides numerous retail amenities, recent development of 33-acre medical campus and an extensive executive and employee housing base. Constructed in 1997/1999, and renovated in 2008, Plaza 200 & 300 offers high quality construction, an above market parking ratio and outstanding mountain views.
